This is the only University of its kind not only in India but all
over the World to educate persons with disabilities.

Created by UP State Act No. 32 of 2001

Recognized under section 2 (f) & 12 (b) of
University Grants Commission, New Delhi, Act.

The University is established for:

·                  Providing Higher & Professional education to persons with              disabilities.

·              Preparing expertise/manpower to serve disability sector.
